The ESC Amiens Master in Operational Business Management Programme is a diploma aimed at 5 years of higher education by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) on the advice of the Commission d'Evaluation des Formations et Diplômes de Gestion (CEFDG).

 

The Master in Operational Business Management Program


The Business Operations Manager has the skills to manage a profit centre, any Business Unit or an agency.

This training also makes it possible to manage a marketing department, a sales department and to carry out management control missions.

Finally, the Business Operations Manager is also able to create his company, regardless of the sector of activity.


Objectives

The Master in Operational Business Management Programm aims to train a generalist executive in business management with a strong specialization in the following fields: international, web, human resources, finance or entrepreneurship.

The ESC Amiens Master in Operational Business Management Program is available for Bac + 2 (MDOE preparation), Bac + 3 (MDOE 1) and Bac + 4 (MDOE 2). He trains all the company's managerial functions with a very operational purpose by targeting small, medium and large structures, in France and abroad.

Over a period of 3 years, on a classical initial or alternating basis (apprenticeship or professionalization contract), the student will be able to discover all the management sciences thanks to lectures, company cases, simulations and conferences given by professionals and our permanent teachers (including research teachers).

Program

Year 1 (semesters 1 and 2)


The first semester extends and builds on the experience of the first year and offers various dynamic workshops such as business creation, meeting other trades, meeting different social actors in economic life... In other words: think differently about the company!

The second semester begins on more traditional bases in management and strategy (18-hour modules): change management, diversity management, strategic management... while not forgetting to train a responsible, open and atypical manager that ESC Amiens has always wanted to promote (relationship psychology, anthropology...), then ends on a common thread project that is the PCE (Business Creation Project). This will help the student choose his third year major (International, Human Resources, Web, Finance, Marketing and Business Development and Supply Chain Management).

The second year of the ESC ends with the mandatory internship culminating in an internship report submitted to a professional jury.

Your professional project is well in place and you are entering the last year of the Grande Ecole with clear objectives!
