Accessible to 3 years of higher education (Bachelor's degree or any other equivalent title), the first year of the specialized MBA is primarily intended for students and professionals who do not have all the prerequisites in management sciences to apply directly to MBA 2. This concerns foreign students from distant educational systems and French students from engineering schools, social science studies, architecture, etc.
MBA 1: PREPARATORY YEAR FOR MBA 2
The 1st year MBA, in initial training, prepares students to enter the 2nd year MBAs after a motivation interview and a specific application file.
The MBA 1 in General Management proposes:
- A progressive approach to the prerequisites for integration into MBA 2 thanks to a teaching staff made up of professionals who are experts in their field (ECTS credits)
- Integration of knowledge in the company: at the end of the training, a professional internship of at least 3 months in France or abroad is required with the writing of an internship report and an applied research thesis (ECTS credits)
- A professional working environment: connected amphitheatres, special rooms for Workshops, a library, workstations accessible 24/24, a campus located 1 hour from Paris by train with access to the station and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 5 minutes by foot.
Objectives
The objective is to consolidate the fundamentals of management and acquire the necessary skills to join the specialized MBA 2 through :

- Integration of knowledge in companies
At the end of this first year, the student will have acquired the necessary knowledge to follow the 2nd year of specialization
