The Grande École Program

The ESC Amiens Grande École Program stands out for its comprehensive and integrated approach to management, combining a strong multidisciplinary foundation with advanced specialization in key business disciplines.

Structured over two years, the program provides students with a common core curriculum covering essential subjects such as foreign languages, law, finance, marketing, digital tools, intercultural management, and quantitative methods. At the same time, the program has been redesigned to allow students to specialize through one of 22 available specialization combinations, ranging from Business Strategy to Artificial Intelligence.

Program Highlights

The program places a strong emphasis on international exposure through exchange semesters and courses taught in English, while integrating internships and work-study opportunities to ensure a highly practical learning experience.

The new ESC Amiens Grande École Program offers the ideal balance between academic excellence and operational application, a strong international dimension, and a diverse range of specializations designed to meet the evolving expectations of both employers and students.

Year 2 of the Grande École Program

The second year of the ESC Amiens Grande École Program (Master Year 2 / Bac+5) focuses on achieving four major objectives:

- Successfully complete the courses within the chosen specialization and the remaining core curriculum modules
- Successfully complete a professional experience in a company (either a six-month consecutive internship or a work-study placement)
- Successfully complete the research dissertation
- Achieve a minimum TOEIC score of 750

This final year is also dedicated to professional integration, with numerous employment opportunities available to students and graduates.

Objectives

The Four Key Differentiating Factors of the ESC Amiens Grande École Program

1. A Balance Between Strategic Theory and Professional Practice

The program combines high-level theoretical teaching (strategic diagnosis, corporate finance, quantitative methods) with practical applications (projects, internships, business games), providing students with comprehensive preparation for real-world business challenges.

ESC Amiens is the only business school in its region offering this distinctive positioning.

2. International and Intercultural Exposure

Courses taught in English, TOEIC preparation seminars, intercultural management modules, exchange semesters abroad, and double-degree opportunities in the final year enable students to develop a global perspective and adapt to multicultural environments.

This strong international focus represents a major competitive advantage and is unique within the Hauts-de-France region.

3. Personalized and Diverse Specialization Pathways

By offering a broad range of specializations, from strategic fields such as Business Strategy and International Strategy to emerging and technical disciplines such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Marketing & Digital Transformation, the ESC Amiens Grande École Program provides future managers with the flexibility required to adapt to market developments and their personal ambitions.

4. Academic, Personal, and Professional Support

The ESC Amiens Grande École Program stands out through its exceptional personalized support, provided by a permanent team of faculty members and researchers as well as an accessible administration.

This close-knit environment encourages individualized mentoring and high-quality interactions, helping each student achieve academic excellence and professional success.
