The ESC Amiens Grande École Program stands out for its comprehensive and integrated approach to management, combining a strong multidisciplinary foundation with advanced specialization in key business disciplines.

Objectives

The second year of the ESC Amiens Grande École Program (Master’s level) is structured around four key objectives:

Successfully complete the courses within the chosen specialization;
Successfully complete the remaining core curriculum modules;
Successfully complete a professional experience in a company (either a six-month internship or a work-study placement);
Successfully complete the Applied Research Dissertation and achieve a minimum TOEIC score of 750.

This final year also serves as a gateway to professional integration, with numerous employment opportunities available to graduates.

Skills and Competencies

This specialization is dedicated to the strategic mastery of digital tools and technologies to support organizations in their digital transformation journey. Students develop expertise in organizational digital transformation, omnichannel marketing strategies, digital presence management across social media platforms, and predictive analytics powered by artificial intelligence, enabling them to sustainably enhance marketing performance and business growth.
 

Program

Year 2 – Marketing and Digital Transformation Specialization (Semesters 3 & 4)

The second year of the Grande École Program, available either as a full-time program or through a work-study format, begins with research methodology modules designed to prepare students for their Applied Research Dissertation (ARD).

Students then move on to their specialization courses and elective options.

A mandatory six-month internship must be completed during the year.

Become an expert in data analysis and data-driven business development. (Data Analysis and Big Data, Data Visualization, etc.)

Human Resources

Support HR strategy by attracting, recruiting, and retaining key talent for organizational growth. (Strategic Talent and Skills Management, HR Techniques, etc.)

Strategic Marketing

Take your marketing and digital strategy expertise to the next level to enhance business performance. (UX & UI Design, Marketing Automation & CRM, etc.)

Financial Control

Develop both technical and strategic expertise in financial decision-making and regulatory compliance. (Internal Control and Risk Management, Management Control and Financial Reporting, etc.)

Artificial Intelligence

Become highly proficient in AI-driven tools that serve as engines for business growth and innovation. (AI for Marketing, Customer Acquisition Strategy and AI, etc.)

Assessment Methods

All aspects of the student’s academic journey are assessed, including:

- Academic courses (core curriculum and specialization courses)
- Languages (including a minimum TOEIC score requirement)
- Professional experience in companies (internships, apprenticeships, assignments)
- Applied research dissertation
- Academic or professional stay abroad
- Student association involvement

For academic courses, continuous assessment represents 50% of the final grade, while the final examination (institutional assessment) accounts for the remaining 50%.

Assessments may take various forms, including practical case studies, group or individual projects, oral presentations, written reports, and professional simulations (see the program academic regulations).
