The Grande École Program of ESC Amiens is a Master’s-level degree (Bac+5) accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR), following the recommendation of the Commission for the Evaluation of Management Training and Degrees (CEFDG).
The ESC Amiens Grande École Program
The ESC Amiens Grande École Program stands out through its comprehensive and integrated approach to management education, combining a strong multidisciplinary foundation with advanced specialization in key business disciplines.
Objectives
The second year of the ESC Amiens Grande École Program (Master’s level) is structured around four key objectives:
- Successfully complete the courses within the chosen specialization;
- Successfully complete the remaining core curriculum modules;
- Successfully complete a professional experience in a company (either a six-month internship or a work-study placement);
- Successfully complete the Applied Research Dissertation and achieve a minimum TOEIC score of 750.
This final year also serves as a gateway to professional integration, with numerous employment opportunities available to graduates.
Skills and Competencies
This specialization equips students with advanced corporate finance tools and methodologies in a highly regulated and competitive environment. Students learn how to manage financial risks, conduct accurate financial performance analyses, optimize treasury and cash-flow management, and design sophisticated financial strategies that support organizational growth and development.
Program
Year 2 – Corporate Finance Specialization (Semesters 3 and 4)
The second year of the Grande École Program, available as either a full-time or work-study track and specialized in Corporate Finance, begins with research methodology modules designed to prepare students for their Applied Research Dissertation (ARD).
Students then move on to their specialization courses and elective options.
A compulsory six-month internship must be completed during the year.

Assessment Methods
All aspects of a student’s academic journey are assessed, including:
- Academic coursework (core curriculum and specialization modules);
- Language proficiency (including the required TOEIC score);
- Professional experience (internships, work-study placements, professional assignments);
- Applied Research Dissertation;
- International academic or professional experience;
- Student association involvement and extracurricular activities.
For academic coursework, continuous assessment accounts for 50% of the final grade, while final examinations (institutional assessments) account for the remaining 50%.
Assessment methods may include case studies, simulations, individual or group projects, presentations, reports, and other evaluation formats, in accordance with the program’s academic regulations.
