Specialisation and development
The Bachelor of Management and Marketing of ESC Amiens is a diploma recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) on the advice of the Commission d'Evaluation des Formations et Diplômes de Gestion (CEFDG)
This recognition is based on several criteria of academic excellence such as permanent faculty and international openness. The first year of the ESC Amiens Bachelor's programme is open to all students who have passed the French Baccalauréat or who hold a foreign high school diploma.
Bachelor 3 is the year of specialisation allowing you to refine your professional project. This year can be done in initial training (with a 6-month internship) or in work-study (professionalisation contract).
This 3rd and final year of the ESC Amiens Bachelor's degree is open to all students who already validated 2 years in the Higher Education (120 ECTS).
Business Development Specialisation
The third year of the Bachelor program allows students to personalize their academic pathway and build a career that matches their ambitions through 19 possible combinations in fields such as marketing, communication, event management, human resources, finance, management, digital, supply chain, business, customer relations, and international business.
The combination of a strong general management foundation and personalized pathways offered by the ESC Amiens Bachelor program opens the door to a wide range of careers across many industries and business sectors.
A mandatory 6-month internship related to the chosen specialization must be completed during the year. Students may also complete the year through a work-study program (professional or apprenticeship contract). Upon enrollment, students gain access to the School’s jobs and careers platform, which provides job search assistance and personalized support.

Program
The third year of the Bachelor program focuses on experiential learning, which is fully expressed through specialization courses. Students may choose between a work-study format or a traditional academic pathway.
This year is strongly oriented toward professional integration. Job offers presentations and workshops are organized to help students prepare for entering the professional world.

Assessment Methods
All aspects of the student’s academic journey are assessed, including:
- Academic courses (core curriculum and specialization courses)
- Languages (including a minimum TOEIC score requirement)
- Professional experience in companies (internships, apprenticeships, assignments)
- Dissertation / thesis
- Academic or professional stay abroad
- Student association involvement
For academic courses, continuous assessment represents 50% of the final grade, while the final examination (institutional assessment) accounts for the remaining 50%.
Assessments may take various forms, including practical case studies, group or individual projects, oral presentations, written reports, etc. (see the program academic regulations).
