Initiation and basic knowledge
The Bachelor of Management and Marketing of ESC Amiens is a diploma targeted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) on the advice of the Commission d'Evaluation des Formations et Diplômes de Gestion (CEFDG)
This visa is based on several criteria of academic excellence such as permanent faculty and international openness. The first year of the ESC Amiens Bachelor's programme is open to all students who have passed the French Baccalauréat or who hold a foreign high school diploma.
Objectives
Introduction and fundamental knowledge
The aim of the first year is to provide a solid foundation in management sciences and economic culture to understand the company and its environment, with the establishment of a common foundation knowledge base. The first year is therefore an introduction to in the major areas of management: marketing, finance, management, human resources, etc.
Student companies are also part of the "learning by doing" scheme.
During this first year you will use your knowledge to discover the world of business with a 6-week internship.

All aspects of the student's education are assessed:
Academic courses
Languages (TOEIC score)
Professional experience in a company (work placement, sandwich course, assignments)

For academic courses, continuous assessment accounts for 50% and the final exam (institutional assessment) for the remaining 50%.
Assessments may take the form of simulations, group or individual work, oral presentations, reports, etc. (see the programme's teaching regulations).
